PT Beyond Solution Consult (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and users. This Privacy Policy describes how our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension (“Solution” or “Add-on”) handles information.

1. Data Collection

Our Business Central extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data outside of the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment unless explicitly stated in the solution documentation. All business data processed by the extension remains within the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant and is governed by Microsoft’s privacy, security, and compliance policies.

2. Use of Information

The extension uses data solely for the purpose of providing its intended functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We do not:

• Sell customer data.
• Share customer data with third parties.
• Use customer data for marketing purposes.
• Access customer data outside the permissions granted within Business Central.

3. Data Storage and Security

Any data processed by the extension is stored within the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Security controls are provided through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

Unless otherwise documented, the extension does not integrate with or transmit data to external third-party services.

If future versions of the extension include integrations with external services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Customer Rights

Customers retain ownership and control of their data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Requests regarding access, correction, deletion, or export of data should be managed through the customer’s Business Central environment and Microsoft account administration tools.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
